Ma Xiao Yan holds a B.A. degree in Business Management. He has more than 10 years experience as senior supervisor in the Chinese domestic market of daily commodities, and almost 20 years working experience in international trading companies, in charge of project management, customer service, and as a consultant for investment in China and management of joint venture business.

Business Development Manager – Michael Nicholaci
Michael has 15 years experience within the FMCG arena, ranging from blue chip multinationals such as Nestle and Sara Lee, to medium-to-small businesses such as Sunraysia Natural Beverage Company. Roles assumed within these organisations ranged from state-based roles through to National Account, National Business, National Field and National Sales Management. He is uncompromising in the pursuit of consumer and customer/supplier satisfaction, ensuring profitability balance, service and goal-fulfillment to all stakeholders.

Operations & Maintenance Manager – Stephanie He De Ping
Stephanie is a dedicated problem-solver. One of her main personality traits is persistence; when confronted with a problem, she works at it until she finds a solution. Also, she constantly aims for self-improvement.

After graduating from university, she worked for some time in business administration, specialising in sales. During this time she came to appreciate the importance of quick responses to customers’ needs, showing both care and responsibility.

In her work at Modacaffè, Stephanie aims to share her passion for coffee and the culture that surrounds it.

Financial Controller – Alice Chen
Alice has a B.A. in Accounting & Finance and more than 25 years experience in accounting. Alice is familiar with Chinese accounting policies and standards in industry accounting, sales accounting and corporate accounting. Alice's previous role, prior to joining ModaCaffè, was as a senior taxation consultant with an international company in Nanjing.

Customer Service Manager – April Cang
After graduating from university, April commenced working for an international trading company Jiangsu Soho International Group Corporation Ltd, based in Nanjing, where she has been for the past 10 years operating in the role of Senior Communications Assistant. April possesses a wealth of international business experience, which is enhanced by her gift for being a real team player who is patient when communicating with people, and always happy to help others.
